So! Election day victories:
Oregon, Alaska and Washington DC all legalized recreational use and possession of up to:
1 ounce and 6 plants (Alaska)
2 ounces and 6 plants (DC)
8 ounces at home and one in public (Oregon)

God damn, Oregon is keepin it real in this bitch! Settin new standards and shit

DC is a huge one, I'm still amazed that it even got on the ballot there.

The plant numbers vs the amount of bud you can carry in DC and Alaska confuse me. If you're a competent homegrower, you'll get a hell of a lot more than an ounce or two from six plants.

It will NEVER happen in Kansas. NEVER. hahaha. Heard it's passed in Missouri for medical. There are actually so many good uses to the plant other than smoking. The Government is such controlling fucking idiots.

Kansas still won't sell alcohol on Sundays and only 3.2% anywhere but liquor stores... No one would give a shit there anyways, meth is the drug of choice.

I think it might be the same reason they De-criminalized pot in Canberra Australia. It is the political capital and the politicians kids were getting busted smoking it and getting a criminal record as a result. Having a criminal record makes it hard to get a travel visa into certain countries. They were then unable to take their families on those tax payer funded holidays the politicians love so much. Those same politicians are digging their heels in De-criminalizing for the rest of Australia. Go figure

Sigh. I'm sure Pennsylvania will be one of the absolute last states to be cool.

Weirdly we have those same laws in MN but the whole state is liberal as fuck. Medical passed here but it's a fucked up monopolistic system basically controlled by the police. Our governor is a spineless, worthless, coward. I'd rather have fucking Jesse Ventura again.

Kansas is about as conservative as it gets in the States, and Brownback is doing his best to take the state back to the Stone Age. That state has gone so ass backwards they elected that Koch flunky again, be glad you don't have him. I'm happy to be out of Kansas but I worry for everyone I know still living there.

I love Jesse Ventura and wish he could be the president, but he could never win...

Florida came close to passing medical, but fell just a little short on voter turnout. They are trying, but it's florida after all. :poke:

New York passed medical, but it needs a bit of work: http://qz.com/231898/new-yorks-new-medi ... in-the-us/

I mean he somehow became governor of MN so who knows?

He was very bad at his job though.
