My brother in Colorado has the legal six plants. My other brothers and sisters in other states are jealous. I feel like it's a good time to start learning more about the industry and the laws, and about good hydroponic systems and growing tips. Recreational legalization will be on the 2016 ballot here in AZ, but only because they're waiting for a presidential election year to get maximum voter turnout (polls say it will pass). And so it is upon us at last, and bound to spread like wildfire once the final numbers for the first year in Colorado are announced. Thousands of jobs, billions of dollars from one state, blah blah gold rush, blah blah money everywhere. The money will assimilate everything in it's path. It's coming...

I'll probably grow it too just because I can. I've never tried before, but I want to see how good I can make it.
With all the available media and supplies now, there is plenty of awesome stuff to be learned and tried. I want to develop a nice whitefrosty breed and call it Gandalf the White.

It will be interesting to see which states step up and represent. I'm glad that Vermont and California are on the list of those likely to legalize soon. As a matter of pride, Cali will eventually dominate the industry. The weed is and always has been the pride of the state.

Im down here in the bible belt, and even we (GA) have approved it for medicinal use recently. It wont be long now. However, Im planning on getting out of here in a couple years and heading north. Hopefully to somewhere more progressive.
