I live in Kansas. It's about to be legal in a sense in Missouri, but still illegal. I'm confused. Fucking Kansas will never do it I bet.

I grow whether its legal or not, which here its not. Hopefully soon. I would rather grow my own shrooms!!! Would be getting fucked up everyday on those fuckers

The risk though is there is very harsh penalties if you get caught growing shrooms. Resent laws passed with harsh prison sentences for shroom cultivation. In prison I would have extra holes put in my back. Someone will stab you for a chocolate bar in an aussie prison. You just get fines and a conviction for pot. I can grow the herb under a handshake agreement with the local copper. He knows that if I haven't got pot I drink and I cause a lot of trouble when I drink. Our small town turns into the wild west. And that's not good for tourist towns.

Chicago has practically decriminalized weed, they just give you a $25 ticket if the cop even decides to give you one. Medical weed is legal now, but it's only for people with life threatening diseases and shit. I actually wrote a letter to my Senator who passed the bill with an article about how Colorado has seen a decrease in crime since the legalization of pot, because doesn't have any crime at all...
