Finished: updating the YBA-1A. Fucker SCREAMS. I guess the JJ EL34's are going to not cut it in the end, so Chiller is sending me some 6550's. Gonna mod dat UP. Recapped, some suspect solder joints reflowed, re-did the hackjob 3 prong cord, tightened the jacks down. This motherfucker SCREAMS. Pics ssoooooooooon. Need to replace channel 1 volume pot as it's lost some of it's sweep at the end to off, really have to push it to get there. But man, it's so loud.

Blue Box incoming. I'm going to experiment my brains out, but feel free to suggest your favorite uses for this peddle.

i never used either of those
but i was using a vox coil cable for the longest time
and after awhile i grew really tired of it. it just always seemed to be in the way (unless you're not talking about connecting your guitar to it)

Word. I love my Bullet coily and I've gotten so used to it that I have come to dislike straight cables.
Considered gettin a Vox cable, but the weirdo plastic end puts me off.
