yoga is awesome, i went to a couple of sessions at the last gym i worked at where we had classes and everything, i found it hard to keep it consistent with the job as i usually had clients around that time. now that i don't have clients i'm at a gym that doesn't offer it, sooo - shit outta luck. it's a great idea though, and in hindsight would've prevented a lot of my problems - for sure.
