Man this thing rocks hard, even with the Lyre, which I was planning to remove or at least bypass.

Haha, just saw it in the EGC thread, headed right over that way after posting here of course! New pickups will probably make a world of difference.skullservant wrote:EGC P90's for the Obstructures

Definitely will do! I'm hoping I have enough for both. If not I'll take the pickups over the fret leveling, or just hold off until I can pay for bothHoly Schnikes wrote:Haha, just saw it in the EGC thread, headed right over that way after posting here of course! Maybe a refret or leveling too huh? Lemme know what you get quoted on that if ya don't mind??

How are you liking that dogear? I've been wanting to add a Lyre to my SG, I really like them and they look classsssssssy.devnulljp wrote:Finally got this and had a chance to play it for a while.

Thanks! I haven't had too much time to actually play the damn thing, but it sounds heavenly so far. The aftertouch business is mighty cool, and with the capabilities of either being a monophonic or polyphonic synth, I think this was the best choice for me (at least from the initial reports haha). It sounds pretty decent through my bass and guitar amps (I've tried combos of Blues Jr. + AC15C1, and AC15C1 + Rumble 15) but I think my next purchase will be for some monitors and a mixer to properly hear it.Helter wrote:How do you like it?! I was considering one but went with something a bit cheaper (and mono). Jealous! In my research I also ended up with major gas for a host of other unaffordables. Did you get this one off E-bay/Muff Wigglers? I saw one posted on both for a pretty good price.Muse FTW wrote:Thanks!
