I can fucking back that hard. I love some nice Oolong, chai, or specific black teas (such as Black Dragon Pearls).

There's only two types of tea I put any "milk" in: chai and Earl Grey. Both get almond milk or a splash of Silk/So Nice creamer.

That's us sitting pretty at number 6 on the list.

Edit: And here are Monkeydancer's landsmen kicking arse on the tea consumption front

Been using a chemex set up for past few months and have been pretty happy with it. Still trying to figure out the best coffee to water ratio.

I've got a chemex. I follow these instructions pretty loosely: http://www.sweetmarias.com/brewinstr/br ... chemex.php

I'm convinced the initial soak, called the bloom, is important. Also I like to let it bloom and stick my face in there to get all the smells of coffee goodness and awesomesauce. :joy:

My latest bag of coffee's graphics made me think of Skullservant.

umm, bit of a coffee snob. I could probably tell you what is good and bad with this particular roast for 15 minutes

It's a little more oily and darker than I'd like, compared to my favorite roaster, and it's a little lacking in complexity of character. but it gets the job done because it has caffeine!

This is probably my favorite easily-available coffee of all time: (Alterra is my favorite roaster, and some of their small lot / single farm coffees are really good but only existed in like 500 pound batches)
