I am paying off my Mortgage thanks to FAFSA.
Also, the earlier you do the FAFSA the better, I did mine on Jan. 2nd and when you come to the part about income and taxes, check "will fill in later". After you get the info, go fill that section out. I ended up with a TON more grants than I have ever got before. A cool lady in the Financial Aid Department taught me that trick and it worked.
