So since Ive conned the government for into paying 100% of the bill for me to go to electrical engineering school, and also giving me $4000 in free cash this year, I thought Id write a how-to. I understand a lot of people may know about this but its clear there are a lot of good bros who don't.

STEP ONE BRUH!

Find the most inexpensive but least shitty community college in your state. If you don't have a car (spaceship) or have a shitty car (spaceship) you'll want to find one in your county (galaxy). Some shit to watch out for are colleges that have partnerships with local companies or nationally accredited programs that earn you specific certifications as well as your associates. It doesn't matter how shitty looking the place is, the college i finally selected had a pair of filthy dora the explorer panties lying less than a yard from the door to the registration office (this factored into my decision making process far differently than it did most people, however..). Also you might want to pay attention to the actual programs they offer. I think ben verellen said he learned amp makins through a tube amp class a community college. There you go. Follow my guide and you can make a meat smoke from scratch. If you aren't a fuckhead.

STEP TWO BRUH!

FILL OUT YOUR FAFSA YOU STUPID PIECE OF SHIT!

For this step you're going to have to know how to/have a friend who knows how to read and fill out forms. its not hard but then neither is pronouncing "fafsa". SERIOUSLY THOUGH. ITS FUCKING FAFSA. FAFSA. F-A-F-S-A. HOW FUCKING HARD IS THAT SHIT? WHERE DID PEOPLE EVEN GET FASFA? IF YOU SAY FASFA YOU CONVINCE ME HITLER SHOULD HAVE WON. Oh also you'll need to be 24 or over and/or be poor. If not kill your parents and just take all their money...or get in a wreck with a drunk driver and sue them. If you do this step right you should be getting like 5500 in free money from the gubmint and several thousand monies from your state. For example, a bro in my state who fills out his shit correctly and is early enough should get 5500 from federal and 2000 from state. If you didn't fuck up step one your years tuition for school should be well under $4000 (remember there are additional discounts for going to a technical school in your county). Thats over $3500 in pocket money. Straight up. No paybacks. Thats equal to ONE AND A HALF EGCS. ONE AND A HALF. DO THIS SHIT.
....Oh also depending on school and whatnot you will probably be eligible for loans. I dunno if you want to take them out but i can take out like $5000 this year if i want to. Thats a lot of gear you can buy before defaulting and bailing to socialist finland to like in miikas basement and crush harsh breakbeats while scamming on that fine nordic vag at the library where he works for the rest of your life. OH YEAH and if you actually intend on not defecting to tropical scandinavia and actually paying your shit back, obammy just signed that bill lowering the FUCK out of interest rates. So. Yeah. STEP THREE BRUH!

DONT FUCK UP STEP TWO. SERIOUSLY DONT FUCK UP. .....If you did fuck up though you can always go to your local dept of labor office and apply for a WIA SCHOLARSHIP. These scholarships are paid for by lottery money and are basically there so that the politicians who get fat paid off that shit can say they give something back. They will pay for your school but you'll still have to take out loans for gear money.

STEP FOUR BRUH!

DONT FUCKING FAIL OUT. I know its hard for most people, but you must absolutely not fail out. Aside from actually getting your degree and shit, staying in school keeps the free money train rolling. soooo......
