Same here. The peace/tension dichotomy of soccer is why I love watching it so much. I have no interest in any other sports, but I'm always glued to the games when World Cup and Euro Cup come around.
Wish I could watch the Spain/Italy game right now... welp... gotta work to pay for the beer I'll be enjoying during the other games.

If it helps....It's nothing special. Spain are playing the same stupid system Barcelona plays sometimes with no recognized striker and Italy is stifling that pretty well. Italy is decent going forward.

I actually like it. It's fun watching the italian game, they are much faster and more fun to watch than I was expecting. And I enjoy the fighting.

Balotelli may be an idiot most of the time but he can be quite exciting. Cassano and Pirlo have looked great, I think Italy can do it. I just don't like Spain, I mean their players gel and style their hair before the game

That was very
But on the other hand it just fit that dude. I like him, horrible hairdo, weird playing and rowdy-assed behaviour.
Not watching Eire vs. Hrvatska, am I missing something?

As expected, the Spanish blame something else.

I must say, however, that Spain has the cutest goalie, like, EVER.

Re: European Football Cup!!!
Looks like Italian squad is developing a trend of homophobia (Di Natale and Cassano): http://espnfc.com/us/en/news/1097405/an ... -gays.html
This saddens me, homophobia in mens sports seems to be ridiculously widespread. Hopefully someone else from the Italian squad will stand against it, but I doubt it will happen.
