I heard this statement from one of my co-workers today:

"Oh wow, this ice cream is cold!"

Maybe because it's fuckin' ICE cream.

Heh... what kind of ice cream? To most people, ice cream that contains no eggs feels colder than ice cream with eggs when served at the same temperature.

It is all cold, though.

It was one of them thurr little hoodsie cups thangs.

I'm sure she meant colder than usual, but she's one of those people who is full of seemingly obvious statements (OMG the sun is soooo hot!, OMG that ice patch is soooo slippery!, etc. etc.) so I was just like :facepalm:

I did not know about the egg thing though. I must share my newfound knowledge. :excellent:

Depends on your frame of reference. ice still has a temperature of 273 Kelvin, which is pretty damn hot if you're Nitrogen or CO2 ...
