G&L... those are awesome!

I'm not overly fond of that black finish, or the lack of pickguards, but G&L's are seriously awesome.

I just went to a local store here in Quebec.
They have a Black Ice bass in stock.
I was deceived by the greyish reflect in the paint.

Awesome instrument... but look better in the picture.

I dig them but teles seem so naked without a pickguard to me. not that I couldn't get used to it.

Same here. I had an asat deluxe for a while and the lack of a pickguard always bugged me...just too much empty space on the guitar's face.

This. Their trans black finish is very hit or miss as well...can't go wrong with solid, gloss black though
