Yikes... I had no idea the D.T. existed until five minutes ago! What a lovely box. I really love my Devi US Fuzz, but I wonder if this could usurp it. Anyone have both?

I dig this pedal more everytime I turn it on. Sounds incredible feeding my cranked JMP. Can't wait to get it into the studio in the next couple months.

I like what I am hearing. I kinda want to get rid of my Twosome for a Musket and Dirt Transmitter.

Everyone raves about the Hoof, but to me the Dirt Transmitter is Earthquaker's finest fuzz.
ILF Gear: The Android (Copilot FX); Ruiner, Shoe Gazer, Silver Crank (Devi Ever); Frazz Dazzler (Dr. Scientist); Shiva (Dwarfcraft Devices); Dirt Transmitter, Disaster Transport (EarthQuaker Devices); Mini Wolf CPU (Mellowtone); Clari(not), Fuzz Wall, Glitch Computer, Pitch Pirate (mid-fi electronics); Team Awesome Fuzz (smallsound/bigsound).

Is the DT based on the Fuzz Face? Sounds like it can get FF and Tonebender type tones pretty easily as well as velcro fuzz...anyone care to comment on this?

Also - is it SI, GE or a hybrid design?

It's all Si, kinda close (circuit wise) to a fuzz face but no where near as smooth and boomy. Similar in sound to a MKII tonebender with the girth of a big muff.

That last part sounds DOOOOOOOOOPE. Sounds of MKII TB with the girth of a Big Muff... and that's why I just bought one from Fat Tone! I haven't bought a new fuzzbox since last September's Algal Bloom (unless you count this January's Algal Bloom!), so I'm excited for something new... they'll go side by side on my fuzzboard.

And Jamie, you have a PM.

Thanks!
