Nobody got sick, thankfully, and we should all have boosters by our next show.

We are hoping to do a tour next year, but we will see what happens.

I did see another show back in the summer, but it was lightly attended, and outdoors, in a sort of courtyard.
How was the Retrovirus gig? Lydia Lunch is  , and Tim from Child Abuse is on bass for them (or was). He's a monster

Also, your band is great! What kind of gear were you using on that single?

On topic.

Have been to a few shows since things opened up. People are pretty well behaved and most people seem to actually be staying home if they don't feel well, which has been good (also free testing has helped I'm sure). Biggest one so far was ~600 cap but not sold out, maybe 2/3rds full? Going to one gig at a massive venue (10k capacity, but also not sold out) on Saturday and then week after a festival that's a few thousand people as well.

Being back for gigs was a pretty good feeling :)
good deals are here.

The LL show was great, same lineup as for a long while, now, Tim/Weasel/Bob Bert.

What single? The video in my signature? That was probably a parts caster tele, body was supposedly a Mexican Fender that was stripped when I got it. The neck was Warmoth, made of canary and the bridge pickup was Wilde (aka Bill/Becky Lawrence) L500XL. I built my own head years ago, but it's Marshall based. I have one of my own pedals, a modified fuzz face on most of the time.

Saw High on Fire in October and Bonnie Prince Billy/Matt Sweeney as Superwolves in November…
HoF was epic, their new drummer was incredible.

Anybody else going to check out yob’s four night run in nyc?

Well I can't even make it up to go to the show I started this thread for! lol

I do have tickets locally to see Uncle Acid next month.

Hey! I've been kicking around the idea of going to see that Uncle Acid / King Buffalo show! Also the Monolord show at Sonia.

So far the one show I've been to has been Reticence playing a parking lot show in Western MA. Which was totally fun, but I have yet to go to a club show again...

Well shit, I guess it's time to start going back to shows!

I just bought a last minute ticket to see Nick Cave and Warren Ellis! Show is TOMORROW! Fucking stoked!

Also, I bought tickets to see Fleet Foxes in August and I have had tickets to see Olafur Arnalds in May and King Gizzard in October (surprised neither of them ended up cancelling, just rescheduled a dozen times

Uncle Acid was great live but it was weird being in such a big venue with so many people inside. I forgot how much people vaping inside bothers my old man lungs lol.
