For the record, I only make fun of people drinking gluten free beer, not water.

Me too. Clean and sober 8 years. I'm like the designated driver for the town of Halden. :)

I'm sure if you saw someone drinking "gluten free water" there would be much mocking.

Btw: I don't care how much, or little, people drink, not a heavy drinker myself, but calling it quits before midnight on a Saturday night? Come on! ;)

Ticks booked.

Can’t wait to be in Norway, sober and going to wake up early.

No checked luggage this year, but hope I can fit some running gear in!

Okay. Little update on the rehersal space situation:

We got a new space! YAY! It's really small! BOO!

So, what we're thinking of doing is renting two fully equipped rooms (one for doomy stuff and one for a more ambient vibe and pedal testing) at a "rehersal hotel" downtown. Each room has a PA, a drum set, a bass amp (EBS Fafner, 1 x EBS PL-2000 6 x 10”) and two guitar amps (we can choose between Marshall JVM205H+Marshall 1936 2×12″, Fender Twin, VOX AC30 CC2 and Orange AD30HTC+Orange PPC 4×12″). For ten hours (five hours on friday and five hours on sunday) it will be about 32 Euros per person, same as renting the mausoluem for eight hours on saturday. So, bottom line is, your music expenses for the entire weekend will be roughly 65 Euros. Does that sound good to everyone? :idk:

Sounds good! Maybe we should figure out who stays closest to Øvingshotellet and stash our gear there after we're done Friday night? :)

Sure, that sounds fine. Probably as good as we can do in Oslo.

Shouldn’t we have a full Park day like we did the previous years?

We never did a full park day. We had a BBQ after mau5 the first year and did a early day BBQ while waiting for everyone to arrive on the first day of last year. So, we will have time to hang out in a park. We probably spent more than 10 hours in the rehersal space both years, so if anything we'll have more free time to do other stuff. :thumb:
