East Coast studios? Mixing/mastering on the cheap?

Hey dudes! So my drummer is probably moving which leaves the future of our band uncertain. We want to try to record a few more songs before he leaves but our 5 song EP ended up costing us WAY too much fucking money and we aren't trying to drop that kinda cash again. We're thinking 3-5 more songs.

Do any of you guys offer any of these services or know anyone who does? I'm hoping to find something within a few hours of Wilmington NC if possible unless there's an affordable place that also has beds or something.
