Yeah, that thing is INSAAAAAAAAAAAANEOOO.

Naturally, I'm hoping you do insane things with it. Or rather, that you continue to do insane things with it.

here's some stuff I've done that heavily features 0-Coast.

http://soundcloud.com/juggableoffense/g ... -rough-mix

http://soundcloud.com/juggableoffense/f ... r-seardemo

http://soundcloud.com/juggableoffense/t ... f-dunshire

I've owned a Make Noise Shared System and a lot of Make Noise modules 4, 5 and 6 times, but now I've condensed all of my eurorack to a 9U case. A big inspiration in that realm was the fact that the 0-Coast basically covered everything I ever wanted out of having a west-coast voice specifically laid out in my modular setup. It certainly doesn't hurt matters any that I think the 0-Coast simply does not have a bad sound in it. I'm satisfied with every noise it makes and that's just. the best.

This thing is fucking amazing. Which we already know.

Unfortunately I'm getting some noise going into my focusrite so I can't really do clips at the moment. Probs from the two-prong power it comes with?

Anyway, anyone have any ideas for a carrying case? I'm kind of thinking a small laptop/iPad case would work.

One thing about the workflow -- I wish there was an easier way to do tempo -- i.e. a linear tempo instead of tap. I find myself getting sucked into Blue Rats style programming too easily. Not that that's a particularly bad thing, but this definitely encourages those sort of skittering rhythms (at least how I'm being drawn to patching it).

Yup, love the little thing. Had it since the first restock (shortly after launch) and it's been pretty dang intuitive, deep, and sound great. Haven't used it at all with my small euro, but I enjoy the heck out of it.

Maybe a cigar box or a tool case (like for a cordless drill). Bosch and DeWalt cases are pretty empty. My pedal board was a boschammer case forever. Harbor Freight usually has small wooden cases too.

I think one of those DJ CD player/mixer/mp3 side totes would work.

I'm seriously considering taking the dive today & reckoning with the credit later. Do y'all know if these typically get covered under Reverb's periodic 10-20% off sales? If so, I'll probably wait till the next one or until one pops up used.

solo tunes:
completed works || loosey goosey releases
associated acts:
Raab Zamboni (fake jazz/real noise//sax, modular synth, editing, misc) || Field Guide (my best friends//sax on 2 tracks)

I make t-shirts, patches, koozies, buttons, CDs, sometimes tapes, and eventually i'll start working on pedals again. DM me for pricing!
