Dana wrote me this:
"An update on the analog flangers: the circuits are finalized and prototype boards are built up for both the single circuit model and the dual circuit stereo/though zero model. I'm very pleased with their sounds and capabilities: minimized circuit noise, more subtle sounds, more extreme sounds, and ample LFO speed range.
The single is priced at $188 and has six knobs, one toggle, and one CV/Exp input in a 1590BB (CFS/SEA/SV size) enclosure.
The dual is priced at $328 and has twelve knobs, three toggles, four CV/Exp inputs (two per circuit), and the same four jack signal in/out routing as the Faye's Her to enable true stereo or series mono or parallel mono routing of the two identical signal paths. It's in a 1590DD (Harmony Synth size) enclosure arranged the wide way like a doublewide BB.
As has become customary, a preorder discount of $20 will be in effect through the first week of official release on the direct store.
The only holdup now is that at the moment, and for some weeks actually, I've been in tooling hell when it comes to creating the graphics screen. Every time I move shop, there's a process of learning different drying and exposure times to get a perfect screen and this shop is really making it tricky. Regardless, the flangers release this month or they kill me.
One more thing: to the faithful that are already sold on the concept and eager to get first in line for preorder, you can email me at infanem@gmail.com with your chosen model and your location and I'll bill through Paypal and place you at the front of the line. To the rest, official release will come ASAP with pictures, specs, demos, and the same preorder discount."

Re: infanem flanger
I hope this sounds great, but I've bought 5 Infanem pedals and been disappointed with 4 of them: loose jacks, virtually brand new pedals not passing signal, sloppy & smeared silk screen, and way too much noise in the delay signal. I've sold off all but the last two (SEA & V2 Faye) and both of these are currently out of circulation, until I can get a tech to clean up their issues.
When I purchased my Faye's Her for $520, it came with no box, no cheat sheet, nothing. It was weeks behind schedule and the ink was smeared. It looked like someone had poured whiteout on my pedal. I thought, "Great, $500 spent and it looks like b-stock. If I ever decide to sell it, it's going to be the least desirable one on the used market." I sent Dana a straightforward e-mail stating my concerns, and she just ignored me. If you have no desire to stand behind your products, then why be running a business at all? I like the designs and I appreciate that Dana's ideas are not as conventional as many others in the industry, but she's really lacking in the customer support department.

Re: infanem flanger
That really sucks, sorry to hear that happened.
Personally I've bought 3 infanem pedals and had nothing but good dealings, so I'm pretty interested in this. The Faye sing was a wicked sweet phaser so if this is as good... Not writing off your experience at all, I can see why that stuff happening would turn you off a company.

Re: infanem flanger
That sucks. I had a similar thing happen with a more well known and loved builder. Except they didn't ignore more and pretty much told me "oh well, fuck you." KInd of turned me off to smaller builders/"boutique" in general. I only buy from online or brick and mortar stores now because of that. I'll never buy direct from a builder again.echorec wrote: When I purchased my Faye's Her for $520, it came with no box, no cheat sheet, nothing. It was weeks behind schedule and the ink was smeared. Sorry to be out of the topic, but Ken has someone to handle the sales now?
