Drpoop just introduced me to instagram, which is a big jump for me because i dont have a facebook, and i never even had a myspace...

Maybe we can share our social media names and follow each other? The doomunity is the best group of people on the planet.

the trick to fb is in the upper right hand corner of each post. There you can click a downward chevron thingy and "Hide this post" "I dont want to see this" allow you to not get game invites, to block meme generating political crap, whatever is annoying. Dont friend ex's, dont get sucked into crap. FB will show you more of whatever you interact with. My feed is almost exclusively music related people. Some politics, but mostly music. A bunch of us are fairly active there.

FB IMO is the best way to track bands and events. Worth it for that if nothing else. I almost dumped it a few times over the years. Glad I didn't now.

I'm pretty active on Instagram. I browse facebook and occasionally comment/post under my personal account as well as the book's page. I don't really use Twitter, but I have one. My blog posts shit there automatically.

Im with Axx on FB...ive filtered to the point where everything is either music or weird shit im into...my good friends post stuff so irregularly that i hardly see anything and the other friends i dont care about i just unfriend or hide their posts.

I got Instagram to post pictures of shit I want to sell, then found out what I really wanted was a tublr.
Now I just look at twerking gifs on Instagram.

i don't have a smart phone so I don't bother with instagram though I want it so I can post my paintings and get more sales that way.
