jesus, my wife bought a purse. she asked the girl questions and ascertained that it was what she wanted. she got it and it was a size smaller than the girl specifically stated. so she emailed that she was returning it. the girl then emailed her 20 times. she also refunded the money before my wife even had a chance to return it. she was a total whacko. she also told us she was a newscaster. gave us her stats. told us all about herself. but she lived in jersey after the storm so we forgave her. but whack jobs. yes. every person has a way to display their grievances through the internet. used to be only the loudmouths and rabble rousers got a word in. now every pissant with a palm pilot can pretend they have the lungs of st peter.

im the seller in this eBay psychopath relationship, which makes me completely powerless.
i have just been as polite and direct as possible with this nutjob. he sent me a few 1000 word messages of anger spew. lol

however, unfortunately for him:
1) his grievance is that i shipped to the address listed on his ebay/paypal acct, not the alternate address he contacted me with after the auction closed..
2) all his nutty messages were done via eBay, including him asking me to ship to the alternate address

so if he does leave a neg feedback (i have a ton of sales with no negs) it wont stay up for long methinks

to prevent any feedbacks all you have to do is open a case, then even just 'resolve' it for nothing but feedback is then disabled on that transaction for both sides.

#1 is a violation of both eBay and PayPal terms and conditions. If you have an ebay message confirming him asking you to ship to an "unverified" address your fine. I've been caught in a conundrum before with my work account where paypal left off the unit # in the second line of the address and paypal didn't and the seller refused to add it on even though i told him it would happen and then he shipped it and it got sent back to him and he flat out refused to send it back out (saying he never got it back) until I sent the long ass ebay message exchange where he said that he received it back but refused to ship it back out unless i paid for 50$ in shipping. Ebay forced him to resend it to the then corrected on ebay address on his dime, lying mother fucker. People on eBay are morons, as they are on any website that makes person to person sales available and money is to be made.

this thread does kinda remind me to be careful on ebay
im pretty sure ive sold stuff to people who pay with dirty money
i think the last like 4 things ive sold were to people through ebay messages and sent to other addresses


and lots of people wanting to pay with cash alot these days with like no good reason
and not like small amounts like 2500 dollars
who carries that much cash and feels safe lol?

i even had a baseball bat around the corner the last guy that came to my house to buy a guitar
