While words are just words, they also carry strong meaning in context. The harm words can cause is undeniable regardless of any argument brought up.

I'm not personally offended by it. It does make me roll my eyes at you.

But it's as pejorative as you get...regardless of whether you mean homosexual, it's a hateful word and it has the potential to EXCLUDE people from ILF based on their sexual preference/identity, and make this a less friendly place. Use it in front of friends, your mom, whatever...but it doesn't NEED to be on ILF.

Before I get flooded with complaints and threads about free speech and how overmodded ILF is:
This is a forum, and it's for everyone. There's no need to say fag/faggot. There are plenty of words with NO hateful-gender-or-race-related-undertones. ILF remains one of the most un-modded gear forums I know of. Fuck off if you don't like it.
