2 bed, 2 bath 1300 square feet and both bedrooms have their own balconies. $1300 A MONTH SPLIT WITH MY ROOMMATE :yay: :yay: :yay:

I also just signed a lease for a house, well it's like 1/3 of a house, another couple have the larger portion, 2 bedroom, living room,kitchen, bathroom, and laundryroom about 1,200 sq ft, $600 a month with utilities, sometimes it's nice to be in Arkansas.

Yay for new home renters!!

God. So much room. I have like a 600 sq ft apartment, with (let's see) 3 2x15s, 2 1x15s, 5 2x12s, 2 4x12s, a 1x12, a 1x12 combo, and an 8x10, countless guitars (14?) AND two roommates. Mad jelly.

Then again, I pay $655 a month split amongst three people.
