Ebay. Tons of good deals on plugs, though 4's kind of small for the more exotic ones. Might take some hunting.
I lost my favorite ones (3/4" clear) in the lake this past summer.

i mean, the synthetic amber ones on this site are shit but they have a lot of other natural stone ones really really cheap. i had a pair of opalescent plugs from there that were crazy awesome.
