I'm sure GANJA JUMANJI won't mind you going down his street if you are buying some weed, but if you try to haggle on the price he and his homies will run a train on both you and your woman.

Idea:

A GIANT, 50 foot long seesaw.
I spent a class today daydreaming about how rad that would be.

Need to start a company for people with too much money and no balls... We would strap go-pros on dudes and send them out to do all the crazy shit that the customer is too scared to do; jump off a cliff, white water rafting, running with the bulls, hang gliding in Peru... Whatever they wanna experience well go do it and bring back the footage... This would probably turn into some dark man hunting type shit but it might be fun...

Someone needs to make an affordable MP3 player that is actually designed well. I'm always unimpressed by the lack of features Mp3 players have. my ipod I used to have couldn't even play songs randomly.

this is truly a great idea

this. and one with actual decent storage space. people are so obsessed with things being tiny nowadays that even though HDD's cost next to nothing nobody will put them in mp3 players anymore.
i have the highest capacity ipod classic and i can't even fit half my library on it. i thought the point of an ipod was to be able to fit your music library in your pocket but obviously that concept was meant for people who rip singles off of limewire and put them on shuffle while they're at the gym.

I listen to tons of music and have only 30 gigs worth on my computer.
I don't think 320+ gigs of music is 'normal' by any means.
And I don't think people who have anything less than 160 gigs of music only get singles off of limewire.
You just listen to an exceptional amount of music, haha.

Here's a great idea™:
The triPod.
It's three iPod classics duct taped together so backwardsvoyager can have all his music all the time.
They are duct taped in a toblerone shape with the screens facing outward.
You can use the middle space for storing m&m's or starburst or coffee.

sorry, i don't mean to sound condescending to anyone with a 'normal' sized music library.
there are more people in my hitch than you would expect though, especially when it comes to using uncompressed formats where 30gb of mp3 can become 300gb.
a company like apple could easily make an ipod or whatever with a 500gb hard drive, expanded library interface, expanded file format support. but they don't.

Now THAT is a Great Idea™.
I needed some kind of Skittles dispenser, because when you carry around a packet of Skittles, everybody starts giving you that seagull look and you have to share them around, leaving less Skittles for you.
This fixes that AND solves the iPod problem. That's TWO great ideas™ for the price of ONE.

Ah you know, that's my bad.
I definitely forgot that plenty of people listen to music in non-shitty formats.

Also, my great ideas are free for anyone to use, no price no charge just gotta be cool enough to be on ILF.

As my first ever pedalboard is nearing it's completion, I've playing around with the thought if making a "your pedalboard rundown, video thread". I think it would be interesting and fun to see how peoples board sound, what settings they like combining, and why they keep/change their chain. Sort of like a rig/gear rundowns, but an ILF version. I loooove kicking back in my chair and listen to people talk about their setup, then getting to hear it. And since it would be the kick ass boards of ILFers, I'd enjoy it even more!

Seeing as I am a n00b to this forum, it might already have been done though.

There was this thread about hearing pedalboards in action but nothing with chatty bits to my knowledge.

Idea:
Approach a girl and say:
"Hey, wanna slam?"
If she says yeah:
take her home and y'all can slam.
If she acts revolted:
Say "No I meant did you want to go to Denny's and get a grand slam!"

Works every time, theoretically.

Réalité TV

Regular American reality TV, but it's scripted in French. And the non-French speaking American non-actors have to attempt to speak it in French.
