It's a big ole' reliable Peavey. Do you need a big SS head? I'd get an old Acoustic before an old Peavey (in that 100-200 dollar range), but it should work until the apocalypse. :idk:

I've been fighting off GAS for the Street Sweeper awhile now. Then I see this pic and realize I may lose this battle.

Definitely in the same boat man. But then I think about the Faye Sing and a HUGE PHASE DILEMMA presents itself. :?:

I'm mainly looking for something durable, loud, and will sound decent. Thought I'd still need to work on getting a cab
I kind of want to work on getting two heads like this so I can get one of these, as well:

I definitely want to try it out, but the guy only has a guitar cab so I don't want to wreck his shit testing it.

HUGE PHASE DILEMMA for realz! Ordered a Faye Sing but the Street Sweeper won't let me be. And it looks soooooooooo god damn good.

Wish FS had some expression control to cop those sounds a bit....

Yes FS have a manual setting.
To my ears according to demos, they sound completly different.
FS is more like a Whetstone with more control.
SS doesn't swallow your volume and it's more like a push/pull effect to open/close your sound.

Agreed, they do sound dramatically different in demos. The FS sounds thick, gorgeous, and hugely variable.

SS has a very unique thing going on too, like no phasing sound I've heard before, interested to hear more.

Too much cool shit on ILF!!!

Pro demo of the SS should be there soon!

I want two things realllll bad.

For my rig, because despite some trimpot tweaking I'm not getting the number of repeats I want out of my DOD FX90:

For vocals, because I'm in a shoegaze band, dammit, and want to sound pretty:
