I've sold off all but the last two (SEA & V2 Faye) and both of these are currently out of circulation, until I can get a tech to clean up their issues.

When I purchased my Faye's Her for $520, it came with no box, no cheat sheet, nothing. It was weeks behind schedule and the ink was smeared. It looked like someone had poured whiteout on my pedal. I thought, "Great, $500 spent and it looks like b-stock. If I ever decide to sell it, it's going to be the least desirable one on the used market." I sent Dana a straightforward e-mail stating my concerns, and she just ignored me. If you have no desire to stand behind your products, then why be running a business at all? I like the designs and I appreciate that Dana's ideas are not as conventional as many others in the industry, but she's really lacking in the customer support department.
That sucks.
I'm First day Customer, own everything and had only one Fail. Got fixed. Screenprinting is inhouse and i Love the inproper Looks. This is a one women Shop. And that is stated clearly imho.
I would highly appreciate If we could keep this thread straight on the topic. Thanks.
I don't see how it's off-topic, as we're both discussing Infanem. I made my comments, and had no desire to repeat myself or to carry out a sustained counterpoint. I merely felt some buyers would like to be made aware of my own experiences across 5 separate transactions. I voiced my concerns without name-calling or hostile insults. I could've relayed my disappointment in a more aggressive and colorful way, but I merely shared my own experiences as succinctly as I could.

No, Ken is now Dana. That happened a while back. I think she posted about it on Facebook but it was all very low key. Still one person doing all the work.

In my short time at Cusack, I have learned that maintaining a brand of peds is damn near IMPOSSIBLE on your own. Having a team to go through the motions and have multiple sets of eyes on all the stages of birthing an effect helps A FREAKING LOT.

I have admiration for ANYONE trying to run an operation all by their lonesome. It makes all your NDA and payroll super easy but at what cost?!

Has anyone heard an update on the flangers? Placed a pre-order for the dual, just curious if anyone has recent news.

Ok, it's obviously a long shot, but does anyone have flanger news more current than the last Infanem FB post on september 17?

Did anyone actually pay for this shit or did it go the way of the Devi side of products???

Yeah, I paid for the pre-order. Was extremely close to filing a dispute for non-delivery just prior to the 180 day paypal window closing. Decided to roll the dice since Infanem seems well respected, but it looks like that may have been a bad call. The last update on the Infanem facebook page was in september. Not sure if the additional work with Devi is causing more delays, but I'm pretty bummed.

No boner here. :( Definately anti-boner. Like watching an episode of the Golden Girls.

So what's the longest anyone has waited for a pedal delivery that was paid for?

Well, I've been waiting about 14 months now for some pedals...so that long.

I placed my pre-order in March 2016, so it's been 11 months and the longest for me by far. Sorry you've been waiting even longer. Are there any other stereo in/out bbd flangers in a pedal format?

Yeah, paid for and eventually delivered. Just trying to see if I'm bummed at what may be par for the course?
