just wanted to give an update....after a few weeks of persisting itch, and lotioning. my nipple is now back to its ripe and peachy self!

as an aside, joggers nipple sucks...one of the benefits of having started smoking is that I can no longer run further than from my couch to my fridge

That kind of shit is just sad. And I'm talking about running so far that your nipples bleed and keep running. That's just pathetic. At that point, I think your life has hit rock bottom.
