I don't know if you'd take 'em to a potluck, but I make MEAN fried eggs. I have 'em over arugula & white canelli beans, w/ a little olive oil, lemon, sea salt & pepper, with a dash of Tabasco. Now THAT'S a muthafuggin' breakfast!

I make a rad chicken stew. Boil the whole chicken, use that for broth, add whatever I have like greens, broccoli, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, beets, green onions, garlic, carrots, just clean out the fridge, then debone that chicken.

I used to cater so I have a ton of tricks up my sleeves. I like making this stuff called Olive Nut Spread. Cream cheese & Sour cream (3-1) then green and black olives, pecans and walnuts, garlic. Hit it up in the food processor. That Shit is the bomb on crackers or on good bread.

When that happens, you fools best let me know. You're only about 5-6 hours away. That's a Sunday drive for me, I'd be there in a heartbeat.

Also, I make some righteous stuffed jalapenos. Crab, Asiago cheese, a little bit of cilantro, wrapped in a shrimp.

I'd supply the bread, rolls and baguettes.

Oh and a Standing Rib Roast. Prime Rib for days.

I smell a SETX (SWLA) ILF hookup. And I like it. Houston's only two hours from me. Could be a good central meet up.

I would even shanghai Avondon, but I'd have to rent a tractor trailer for his dang rig.
