Sorry for the double post, but I wanted to address this as well.
Dating girls I already know is a bad idea (aside from previously mentioned Pittsburgh girl - even then the reality might not live up to the fantasy). I've done this several times, and the problem is twofold. 1: these girls are a part of my social network and 2: Dayton is a small city. We're bound to have have mutual friends, and often they are very close friends. One girl in particular comes to mind: she's BFFs with our keyboard players wife. Her and I flirted with each other for the better part of a year until I finally asked her out. Guess what happened? We fucked for two weeks until I got tired of her and moved on to the next girl. I didn't mean for that to happen and I sure as hell didn't want it to either. It just did and there was nothing I could do to stop it. Had we stayed together, I would have ended up resenting her. Now whenever we see each other (which is quite often), things get really awkward and uncomfortable. It hasn't only affected the two of us, it's affected my whole inner circle of friends.

I didn't read everything above, but I'll tell you the two best points of advice a person can get.
1. Date girls that are not originally from America. Girls are crazy. American girls take crazy and turn it into a profession.
2. They're going to get mad at you no matter what you do, so you might as well make it really funny.
