I've taken to making tinctures myself. I use Everclear @ 1 tbs/gram+/-, and then after it's been filtered I cut it 50/50 with honey. I've had multiple friends tell me I make the best tasting tinctures they've tried.

I can get the heady feeling of smoking with few droppers of tincture under the tongue, or the more body high and the extra kick of having it processed by your liver (4x supposedly) by drinking it in beverages (tasted soooo good in quite a few beverages).

A cpl weeks ago I mixed tincture in my drink, with some infused coconut oil on my salad with dinner and went into a 5 hr couch coma, and with my tolerance that shit never happens. I was too scared to drive to Wendy's down the street because I was afraid I'd nod out behind the wheel. I really wanted that Frosty too, not even fucking around.

I've tried a few different methods (decarboxilating/not decarbing, short time/long time, doing it in the freezer or room temp), and tomorrow night I'm starting my first batch of the Green Dragon. It's supposed to be a real fuckin' mad man, but it's gonna be tough leaving it there for a month as required for that method.

I'm making it with Purple Power. Was kinda let down by the name. I was expecting nice fat purple hairs, but it's the shit where the plant was subjected to a freeze to shock it and change the color. Still good herb, but not what I was hoping for.

The dash cam footage of a South Carolina police officer fatally shooting an unarmed 19-year-old has been released, after a state prosecutor announced Tuesday no criminal charges will be filed against the officer.
Solicitor Chrissy Adams said that after reviewing the case and applicable law, Seneca officer Mark Tiller won't face charges in South Carolina after he shot dead Zachary Hammond on July 26 in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant.
Hammond was shot twice by Tiller during an undercover marijuana sting operation that went wrong.

i wish the news - would slow down and correct the Fear already.

that boy was afraid. afraid of being caught and punished for a plant.

i’m not the officer .. i didn’t see what was in the car.
i only know what i see from the video.
the video shows the whole incident. from a clear perspective.

the officer - instantly after firing and killing that boy - went into defense/excuse mode “ he tried to run me over “.

the officer knows, he more than over-reacted.
i’m sure the officer was afraid too??
but - he shot and killed a 19 year old - over what?
seeing this tonight Honestly made me sick and sad.
