I have, actually. Just in the fridge, so nothing too hardcore. They were pretty good but I remember being dissatisfied with them for some reason - don't know if it was them or me. I'll definitely be trying again, though.

I've made pickled radishes using a basic brine. My wife loves them but I think they stink. Like, they smell real bad.

I fish my pickles from the barrel at the Pickle Man's stall in the farmer's market b cuz I live in da boonies. Bonus=best hot sauce selection in the county. It's tight, aight? I miss livin' just enough for the city, though.

My wife has made brine-pickled radishes a few times, and I agree - they smell FUNKY.
