If you do use affirm, let us know how it is. I find them be a really interesting company that doesn't just use credit score. Very interesting stuff.

I'm noticing that a lot lately..used prices near new. Kinda weird.

Man, sorry to hear about Affirm. Screw 'em (hate credit anyway...haven't used it in 10 years).

Try PayPal credit. I got approved for like $800 and a debit card out of nowhere. So I can actually buy a pedal without selling one first.

Paypal credit is freaking crazy. They call me two to three times a day but for the life of me can't figure out why. Never even applied to them. Every time they call, we go through that "who are you looking for, who is this, i can't give any information" dance. Lame. Or they don't say nothin'.

Called paypal and paypal credit. Both say I don't have an account with them (credit wise, I have a normal paypal account). Checked my credit report...nothing, not even an inquiry :idk: . They did send me that weird debit (an dI use it)...but I have no credit with them (from the reading I have done, this is a common behaviour with paypal credit generally looking for somebody that I have had a transaction with...plus they don't report good payments to credit bureaus. The only reason I would use credit would be to keep it up/make it better just incase I need it. I was just hoping Affirm was better/easier.)

I mean if it works for you cool. They just scare me.

I'm being EXTRA careful with it. I actually haven't bought anything big with it yet. Just some strings and a power supply. And I plan to keep it all paid up and make sure nothing weird/sketchy happens.

Good deal, man. I've just been on the 1980s era credit plan my parents taught me (stay away).

Dude I have 5k worth of credit with Bill Me Later. Talk about having to be careful! FUCK! I wouldn't do it if I were anyone. It's not worth it. I have to constantly scramble to pay the shit off because I have such a bad habit of buying shit I can't really afford. It's a fucking sickness (no joke). They gave me enough that I could buy about ANYTHING with it and I have. :(

Save or sell, that's the smart route. Fuck credit cards.
