"Hey ya'll,

I wanted to post a public apology to Dwarfcraft, their supporters, and mine, both current and those who have been enjoying Dwarfcraft's run of devi ever : fx.

The way I've handled getting back into building guitar pedals again has been a disaster and I'm sorry for everyone I've hurt.

Dwarfcraft has worked hard the past year integrating my old brand with their way of doing things, and I respect and understand that the direction they decided to go with a lot of production decisions had to be done to better suit their needs and style.

It's been incredibly unfair of me to criticize them for such things, and the contract we signed gives them every right to do as they please with my old brand, and I should have been a lot more vocally respectful of that, and I apologize for acting any other way the past month or so.

While I still believe it's ethically and legally within my right to begin building pedals under a new brand name, I completely understand and respect how doing so would upset Dwarfcraft, as well as other people out there in the pedal world, and there is a lot I could have done in hindsight that would have been more appropriate in me moving forward with Fuzz Goddess.

This is a process I should have handled privately, patiently, and with a lot more communication between myself and Dwarfcraft rather than dragging into the public and reporting on the events as though it was some kind of soap opera drama everyone needed to know the ins and outs of.

I'm not going to make excuses for my behavior, but I am thankful for those who have understood where I've come from the past few months and the stresses I have been under, and I hope others will at the very least take into consideration that getting back into the pedal game wasn't some rash and callous decision meant to hurt anyone.

I sold Dwarcraft devi ever : fx with the only stipulation in regards to my involvement in my old brand being they pay me royalties and they have honored that.

So I will honor them by no longer being involved in their affairs. devi ever : fx is and has been there's to do what they please since the moment we signed the contract, and that's all there really is to it.

I understand only time will heal wounds and build trust in relation to circumstances such as this, and I'm genuinely sorry the entire situation reached the vitriolic shit slinging level it did.

I have never had anyone complain about the quality and service of Dwarfcraft's devi ever : fx, and they have always paid royalties in a relatively timely manner, and I'm glad they continue to do so.

There's no reason you shouldn't support them as I move forward with Fuzz Goddess, regardless of the harsh words and drama that has gone on recently, and once again, I'm deeply sorry for my involvement on all accounts.
