I was a huge Kids in the Hall fan, watched it religiously back in the day.. that might be a show you have to be Canadian to have watched.

Kids in the Hall ran on Comedy Central in the early days. I used to watch it every day after school. Great stuff.

For pure Canadian comedy, though, I'd have to go with Red Green.
