I don't think it is weird at all. Our sex drives change based on health, stress level, hormones, age, whatever.

The only important thing is that your partner and you are on the same level, or at least working on it. If you find intimacy in other places, its all good.

40 and a month and a half. It's been good so far. Significant chapter symbolism and all that, kicked my ass into shifting from sitting all day with a pizza and taco based diet, to a fresh foods and exercising approach. It's awesome to see how fast the body can make amends…already feeling better. Just need to figure out how to sustain this in the winter moths when work gets long and stressful and it's dark and carbs sound sooo delicious...

Find a local boxing gym. Best way to get fit or maintain fitness. Also your level of confidence goes through the roof
I have been looking for a boxing gym within a 50 km radius from my home. Not having much luck. One of the sucky things about living in the country.

Sign up for a half marathon, or a dance class or something that you'd never normally do but will get your ass out when it gets darker. The more you train the more awesome carbs you can eat...

Agreed. Plan is to keep running all winter, and find something else, maybe rock climbing? I did that back in the day and was in my best shape.
