I had one of the oversize Peavey 4x12s. Liked it quite a bit. I ended up closing up the top port and thought it sounded better that way. There's two separate chambers, so the bottom remained ported.

Def worth $100.

Yea I'd buy it for 100 just for the speakers. I think the cab itself should be modified because the ones I've heard in person sounded like shit.
