multiple people figuring out sequencing seems like a head fuck. I'd like to do it, but if you'd prefer a collaborative effort you guys can decide I'll update the OP with a list of submissions so far.

DOS used the word "curated" which implies some sort of reasoning for a particular grouping. Seems interesting, but probably a pretty intense chore and two of the discs would have to be misc. Haha

yeah my bad I missed the part where dos said 4 or so people are down to do that kind of thing. that's dope, but I don't know about categorizing stuff?? I think it'd be cool to have all kinds of styles throughout the set, but I'm also not opposed to just sequence them as they are submitted; if they sound proper after 'mastering' and all. that's lazy thinking I guess

Well, actually, it just implies that someone is putting things in order. But, you know, dictionaries.

Really the only difference is whether you want to listen to the album start to finish or do it like a singles collection. I'm fairly indifferent, tbh, just trying to accommodate the people who had offered up free time earlier in the thread.

I feel like one easy way to do it would to have a running order of sequencers and just fire them off their tracks in the order their received?

One person gets submissions 1-10, the next gets 11-20, etc. Whatever works.

Anyway! 11 days 'til we close submissions, y'all. I'll post up a list of who's in and who isn't (as far as I know through this thread) in a little bit.
