I'm afraid to sound like a broken fucking record, but I made a video about getting this sound from a timebender. It goes down to like 0.003ms, and with the different patterns and stuff it is almost lower than that. I think it works kinda well in analog mode, but y'all can be the judge of that

That sounds sweet. Delay pedals are the best.

I couldn't sleep last night and I turned down the amp and just tried to play not-fast/UK82 with only the misty cave and lluna (both had been put away for a few months while I remodel/have house guests/vacation). It was a freaking blast. The resonant frequencies and "dynamics" of the misty cave make it so awesome to just get lost and jam slow. Totally changes the way I play, which is a good thing.

Yeah I just got a half an hour with my bass rig after not having time to play fer evvvver and I totally agree.
Ofc I jam slow anyway, but still.

Not sure whether it can emulate the Misty Cave but I can report that the Boss PS-3 sounds pretty interesting at the minimum delay setting and its delay modes are apparently quite similar to the DD-3.

Re: Pedals that cop the misty cave sound
Kind of a necrobump here, but the Mid-Fi Deluxe Pitch at shortest delay and higher repeats can get pretty close and do a lot more besides. By manipulating the Depth knob, you can affect how present the LFO is or even have it off (whereas the MC's is always on) plus you can affect its waveform with the Wave knob. Before I nabbed a Misty Cave I'd use a DPP to get that resonant comb filter-y goodness.
Great deals with lordgalvar, filipre, seten, DannDubblewe, PumpkinPieces, backwardsvoyager, DADGBD, jwar, JonnyAngle, dandolin, pd~, Dungus, dminner

The MWFX Judder is excellent at this too.
