On a somewhat "I am a weak dude" side note, I now have 18 LAL pedals/noise makers.braaandooon wrote:Haven't used chuya lately, but have in the past. Learned about the company after seeing aaron turner's board when OMG was touring "no". He was using LAL's thunder box and the 88. At the time I think analogman was the only place to find LAL stateside but was always sold out.
Had to have one of those 88's, stumbled across some cheap on ratkuten, through chuya and been buying all my hard to find MIJ goods there ever since. Still have my original providence stampede I bought through chuya, and can also highly recommend that shop.
I wish I knew Analogman sold them back then. When I found out about LAL it must have been late 2001 or 2002 and I was terrified of a bank transfer (all of the old pedals were still in production). I'll never stop kicking myself for missing those old pedals.
There is a rattle crow up on Yahoo Auctions JP. http://page7.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/g145377222
