We used power conditioners in our studio because there was no ground and it was noisy as all heck at times. Well, my bass player did. (I, like you played noise guitar and was fine with a bit of him between songs out of the sovtek might 100). Honestly, it made a tiny difference that wasn't even noticible at venues. He used it more so he could have a rack urge protector more than anything. A noise gate was more effective.
The wiring in my house is pretty bad too (mixed and matched since 1929) and I don't notice too much difference from an Iso power supply or a one spot. My bedroom amp (sunn beta) gets noisy, but that is probably a combination of bad caps and the house wiring.
Mixing buffered pedals in or around true bypass Fuzzes makes a way bigger difference to noise (makes some sound terrible too, like the life convulsion, octavella, and 46 (sometimes)).
Certain pedal makers recommend ONLY isolated power. So you have to be careful. There could be a reason for that. IE overloading the circuit and costing you money. I've had it happen. Super fucking annoying. That's why I invested in 3 PP +2 or whatever. Hate spending that much, but it's worth it.

Does this overloading the circuit happen over time or is it a plug in and fry on the spot kind of thing? I've been using these cheap Joyo/Caline power supply's for well over a year. I'd hate to think I'm damaging my pedals.
gf has been using that Caline for a few months without any trouble.
running booteek and ehx shit out of it, don't buy the "isolated is the best" trend, unless you have some serious hum issues and you know that it's because of daisy chaining.
