Apple FTW...FUCK YOU ANDROID IN THE ASS (NO LUBE)

Hey guys, I wanted to spread some contreversy and share my experience with switch from Android to Apple and back to Android.

The Android is a lovely device.

Long battery life.
Bring screen.
Huge expandable storage capacity.
Customization of ring tones.
Better quality HD.
etc.

But then you realize something. The makers of these devices are fucking assholes. Just ought right assholes. They allow the phone companies to install a metric fuck ton of apps on your phone that you can't delete. You can't uninstall them and you can't turn a lot of them off. In fact, when you click on some of them, they don't do anything, which leads me to wonder...why are you here app? What do you do?

THEN! For no reason, you get a pop spam trying to prompt you to purchase something from one of the apps! My fucking voicemail did it to me today!!! You click, no fuck off. A week later it tries again.

So let's break this down.

The battery life is a fucking LIE. It's an outright trick and a lie. It starts out great, but then gradually turns to shit in like 6 months. So my wife has an iPhone 5 and it last just as long as mine now. My battery was rated at 22 hours. Bullshit.

The screen. WHO CARES. It's a phone god damn! Not a television!

Storage. It's stupid and pointless and for lazy assholes. Just dump your shit when it's full you fuck. You don't need 60 gigs of music on your phone that you'll never listen to. You just don't. And no one wants to see your selfies anyway, so save some space by not taking them (I'm going to post one soon myself...hehe)

Ringtones. I thought this was a big deal. I thought that I would care, but honestly, I just don't. If anything it makes it embarrassing when my phone rings back dat ass up or whatever stupid shit I thought would be funny in that moment.

The HD isn't an issue because apparently your phone takes shit pictures regardless. OR if you own and HTC One like me the fucking little tiny film you didn't know existed on your lens will rub off and your quality will go way down afterwards.


AND THE APPS ARE HORRIBLE ON ANDROID!!

So in closing. Fuck you Android. Straight in your ass. I'm going back to Apple.

I use a Windows Phone. Fuck myself and everyone else.

But really, I don't need Apps along as I have Audible and a Music player, I don't really need anything else. I do get pretty good Battery life as well. But I don't know what I'm getting when my contract ends in a couple of months.

Android is definitely not without its faults, but it's nothing that'll get me to go back to an iPhone. I still get nasty flashbacks from my terrible experiences with iTunes.

I'm writing on a Mac, and have used an iPhone for years.

I don't like android at all, but the new windows stuff from Nokia (do they even still exist... really??) are super nice. It's a cool OS. Dunno about their apps or whatever because it was my work phone and I don't do fun stuff on the work phone but yeah. Windows is cool.

But until Apple screws up big time I'll stick with them. Just dunno what to do about my next phone. Got an iPhone 5S and I'm not looking forward to trading up to something that I can't use one handed.

I have so many music apps and such that I've payed more than the value of the phone for on my iphone, so that's pretty much the biggest selling point of why I'll stay with apples os. No matter what phone you get, they're all built fragile and shitty, they all have the same crap to put on them, they all start crapping out after about a year, and they're all a semi necessary evil.

I hate apple too much so I've got to go with android. I like mine! For what I want on my phone the apps are great, and I might not use all the extra customisation options there are, but they're there and I like that.

iPad Mini 8.x and LG Tribute 4.4. Things about Android frustrate me, but in some ways it seems a better internet device. Like I'm getting routine crashes of web pages in Safari, like a few a day, and that's not happening in Android. The phone and prepaid service are dirt cheap and solid enough that there's no fucking way I'm springing for an iPhone. But music apps, so iPad.

For whatever reason, my stock Android build isn't too crapped up, so I haven't felt the need to root. I do need to add an SD card for more storage, though. Advantage to the phone for cheap expandable storage rather than expensive upfcharges, but I'm always on wifi on the iPad so I feel it less.

You can always root your phone and remove stuff you don't want.

At least with Android phones, as far as I know, most models, you can remove the battery (in case it dies, or you don't want to be tracked). You can expand the memory.

I agree about the music part. I bought a 60gb micro SD card and I haven't put all my music on it. I don't listen to music when walking around out in the world. Well, on the subway, but mostly I listen to music when driving or at home, and in the case of the former; I use my ipod.

I agree about the awesomeness of IOS for music creation apps. Android has none. I made a lot of cool shit with Beatmaker when I had an iphone. Miss that.

Cell phones in general are problematic. I solute Moustache_Bash for not having one.

Google Nexus series - straight android, no skins or launchers or locked apps.

Apple mobile devices do have better low latency sound drivers.
