Me too: a Barrage made exclusively for Warn, with thehigher quality scales and the D2 blade, not the stainless, which is all you can get now that the original is discontinued. I lost it last year, but this week I'm going to SF and I'm gonna go to the cutlery shop in Oakland where I bought the knife in 2010 and I pray they still have one in stock.misterstomach wrote:I used to always carry a nice benchmade.

Re: ILoveKnives
A local shop had Benchmades marked down pretty far for some sale, not too long ago. Tried to get a griptilian but they didn't have the blade style I liked (in the full size).

Hollow grind w/ thumb hole. The appeal being that I can open it one handed easily (and with gloves on).Chankgeez wrote:Which blade style would that be?
Something like this

They were all like 30% off, but only had that blade on the Mini's. Should have bought one anyway honestly

Nice. I always wanted one with purple scales, but could never decide which blade shape.

So, good people, which knife would be best for stripping the finish from a guitar body?

I saw that last one in a truck stop in PA. What do you do with something like that? Juggalo pit fights?

Rilly? Which one? I'll swing by. I've got a '59 Paul I want to recarve to look like Daenerys Taragryen's profile....John wrote:I saw that last one in a truck stop in PA. What do you do with something like that? Juggalo pit fights?

Second from the top, with the wooden handle, looks so good. How did the blade get that way?KNaB wrote:Here's some of mine.
