So if any one of you gazey bassists are in the general Metro Detroit/Ann Arbor area we'd love to audition you.

We've played a TON of shows over the past couple months, we get paid, and we're releasing an album in the up coming weeks. I'd rather have someone who's into the same music as us.

It's decent. There aren't a ton of gaze bands here, which is also nice because tons of people are into that genre over here and we get to be one of the bands. Pity Sex is from either here or somewhere in MI I think. Saw them awhile ago, cool band for sure.

Pity Sex is Ann Arbor based, mostly. Britty is from Grand Rapids. I don't really know anybody else in the band. Britty and I ran in similar circles years back before she moved so I have that knowledge, at least.

I am from the Metro Detroit area and I could definitely be persuaded to get back in the bass guitar saddle for some shoegazey stuff.

Also, I'm pretty sure we met/chatted briefly at PJ's in December, right? You were having problems with your Verellen and and I just like bounded up onstage because I remembered you from here.
