My friend's grandparents have a shake weight and I wouldn't stop shaking it slightly off-screen while he was skyping with people.
The next time I went over there, he had hidden it.
That's my shake weight story.

I bought his and hers shake weights as a wedding gift for my friends. Not sure if it helped with the old fashioneds.
