Hard to pick a label for them aside from K-Drama. I have heard some people call them soap operas, but they're really not like any soap operas from anywhere else so I don't think that fits. They aren't trashy or anything like that. They're really well done, and have interesting storylines and characters. A lot of them are on Hulu. You can also watch them on Drama Fever's website.
