So I got started with the hanging challenge http://www.idoportal.com/blog/hanging and the more I got into the specifics of what MC was all about, I was like, BRING IT ON!!
Now I'm successfully hanging myself every day!
It is a real movement now with people joining from all over the world. There is also a fb page you can join if you're interested.

thanks for sharing this. I have multiple injurys, chiefly my back and my left knee. (painful and useless) I used to work out every day and since the knee exploded, it's been a gradual process of entropy. I'm actually trying Yoga with the wife for the first time this coming tomorrow. I've loved jujitsu, and did some Tai Chi years ago, but it bores me now and the Jujits is a bit to much. this looks like it could be more fun than yoga. I'd probably actually really enjoy the "silly walks" aspect of it

Looks good, I'm down, where do I sign up? Don't tell me at idoportal.com cuz I'm not looking to join a cult of personality. I just wanna get limber again. Guess it's youtube for me. I need some video goggles so I can do this shit while watching the instructionals.
No signing up as far as I know.
All the instructions are on his blog and youtube anyway.
I recommend starting with the squatting and hanging challenges. It's pretty much basic stuff, but it opens your body up to more movement.
