Its all pretty solid, IMO. Start around mid 2000's and go from there.

It was consistent. It may even be better now that it's more satirical and relevant. One season a few years ago was not as epic as the seasons around it but it still wasn't bad. Always fun. Last four or five season have been great. Do it.

IMO the last least was the only really weak point.

I recommend just starting from the start if you have the time, but if not I'd go with seasons 8-13 or so.

I'm surprised when I see comments about it going downhill...there are always some misses, but I think it's stayed surprisingly strong, and relevant. I actually think it's now more consistently brilliant than its earlier days.

South Park is amazing. Even the new episodes, while not as funny are still pretty damn good.

You could start literally anywhere in the series except the new season. They are testing the waters with having story continuations in the episodes. Mean they have something from the last episode or a few episodes before it in the story. So far, so good. That Lorde shit is funny as fuck IMO.

My favorite episodes are the Cartman based ones. He is such a dickhead. hahaha. So funny. I just watched the episode where he went on Dr. Phil because his mom was fucking him. hahahahahaha. One of the best. Think it's called Humancentipad.

Oh and don't be afraid to go back and check out the older seasons. Some of that stuff is the most messed up out of all of them.

It's crazy to watch the humor evolve over time as they found the ability to crank episodes out over a week or so.

My favorite episodes seem to come from all different seasons, so I think it's worth it to start again with the older seasons and get caught up. There's some real gems in pretty much every season.

I think my favorite is still the "Chinpokomon" episode (season 3). But yeah, they continue to deliver good shit very consistently.

The Obama election episode was pretty good, too.

Chinpokomon SHOE!

The baseball dad episode is a classic for Randy.

Scott Tenorman must Die is a classic as well.

I've been rescue toy seeing symbolism in characters. Not sure if I imagine it but I talk to friends about it and they seem to think the same.

Mainly Cartman represents the influential and highly impressionable types who lead weak and timid minds out of fear. Stan and Kyle seem to be pretty logical and strong willed. Kenny is poor, but they stopped developing his character once he was no longer dead.
