my girl used to watch Girls. She hated Lena Dunham after a few episodes... I watched like two episodes with her out of boredom... I hated Lena Dunham after a few minutes. I actually hated pretty much everyone on the show, I think it might be because Lena Dunham wrote the show.

oh and saw Amanda Palmer live with her band last summer, not my thing, pretty boring stuff but it seemed pretty honest and real to me at least?
I watched a few seasons of girls. I thought it was okay, and it kind of made me uncomfortable because i've met tons of people who act like the characters on the show. But anyway I didn't really "get" anything out of it and I got kinda bored and haven't watched in maybe a year or so.
That article you posted really makes Lena D look pretty snakey tho
