yeah I ordered the Aenima that just went back up, got an email just now saying the order could not be completed. the transaction is showing up on my netbank as 'pending' still.
In case the sale can't be completed, the buyer and the seller will both receive an alternate notification email from Etsy. The item will be placed back in the seller's shop and the buyer's credit card will not be charged.
That was the most detailed information i was able to find in the support section
I'm assuming my card hasn't been charged and the funds will become available again, I'd expect it to take a day or two. Happens.
I'm not in any particular rush so let us know if there's an issue with Etsy and you want us to try again or whatever. I rarely use direct debit for international orders because it takes a while to process but Etsy had no paypal option.
I just added the paypal option to our store, but I don't want to put the listings up again to the public or you might not get it. If you want to send me a DM with your email address, I think I can set up a private listing.

just sent a message through Etsy. if its cool i'll just wait to make sure the funds clear back into my bank account and then i'll buy again through the private listing. much appreciated
