in other news :

here's some recent things that i've made.

a replica ( pretty faithful except for the pickguard and TRC shapes ) of a 1966 Epiphone Embassy bass.
this was basically the epiphone version of the thunderbird ( same full scale, same thunderbuckers etc )

another set neck offset ( as seen in progress a few pages back * )
this one was much more err ... 'woody' than andrew's

an 'antonio' model metalneck/hybrid ...

and many many things that are between 50 and 90 % complete here ... including this ...

offset 'antonio' model based on that Wandre cobra from a few pages back ^

^ Embassy bass is a real beauty, and I love the look of the Antonio Cobra. Also love the idea of the aluminium neck and construction but not sure I'd like how they feel. Haven't played anything like that before. Next time I'm in Melbourne (I'm in Sydney) I might have to pay you a visit:-)

Thanks, Anthony, and that "Epi" bass looks gorgeous. (Naturally, since everything you build does.)
